Upon scheduling, there is a 10 minute late grace period to allow for unexpected occurrences or emergencies. Anything after the allowed grace period will result in cancelled/no-show status. Any cancellations greater than 24hrs will be transferable for reschedule. Any cancellations less than 24hrs will result in your deposit being held or $50 whichever is greater. Deposits are 50% of the overall service price. All deposits or entire payment must be paid in full at time of booking. Please reschedule via our website. If you must reschedule or cancel within 24 Hours please contact staff directly via our chat feature in the lower right hand corner of the website or via email.
