If you haven't scheduled your post op care, our team is here to assess your needs and collaborate with your surgeon for continuity of care towards achieving your post op goals. This step is essential before proceeding with any package purchase to tailor our services to your individual requirements. Our NP owned establishment focuses on holistic health, aesthetics, weight loss, and body contouring to help you look and feel your best.
Cancellation Policy
Please ensure services are carefully reviewed prior to booking as deposits are applied to your balance. Upon scheduling, there is a 10 minute late grace period to allow for unexpected occurrences or emergencies. Anything after the allowed grace period will result in cancelled/no-show status. Any cancellations greater than 24hrs will be transferable for reschedule. Any cancellations less than 24hrs will result in your deposit being held or $50 whichever is greater. Deposits are 50% of the overall service price. All deposits or entire payment must be paid in full at time of booking. Please reschedule via our website. Please do not message staff via personal text or messenger. If you must reschedule or cancel within 24 Hours please contact staff directly via our chat feature in the lower right hand corner of the website or via email. No messages will be answered via social media regarding appointments. We will answer as soon as possible. Any additional hours not listed, please feel free to join our VIP membership, where you can make special requests with the staff. Other wise there will be a $20 fee for outside scheduling. Thanks.
